About Our Puppy Contract and Guarantees:
Our breeding stock are all radiographed for OFA - hips and elbows, Heart checks on adults
and puppies are done by a Board Certified Cardiologist, and DNA for Cystinuria tests are done
before any dog is bred or used unless they are deemed clear by virtue of pedigree. Dogs
other than my own that I may use for breeding also will have these important health
evaluations. Patellas are veterinarian checked. Thyroid and eyes evaluated when deemed
necessary
We guarantee for Crippling Hip Dysplasia and SAS.
Puppies are sold as pets with an AKC Limited Registration and a Spay/Neuter Contract.
You must also have a "physically" fenced in yard or area (no underground electric fencing!) in
order to adopt one of our babies!
We thoroughly interview all prospective buyers of our puppies to ensure that our babies are
going to the best homes possible and we make ourselves available for all questions and
concerns you may have - for the life of the dog - not just the first month or two!
We also require that after purchasing one of our pups, if for any reason whatsoever, you are
unable to keep the dog - no matter how old or young it is, you are to return your Newfoundland
to US.
